Fun fact: "expected" mergers don't do 1 for 1000 reverse splits, change names, and incorporate in different states.

Can you please provide information that shows the connection between the name change and the split in relation to the opinion of the merge being completed. Where is the information that links the merger completion to the name change and reverse split. Gratefully Appreciated In Advance!
