The sales tax at Longaberger that was collected with each purchase but never remitted also created some form of ghost revenue.
The accounting firms who signed off should be very concerned.
The material weakness and lack of internal controls has been noted since 2015.
Rochon's son was the CEO, Chairman and President of Longaberger dating back to 2015.
As possibly the only officer in that company can he explain where the cash coming in was flowing to?
Where the hell did he go?
There was never any word that he resigned as President of Longaberger yet he seems to have vanished.
