The counter lawsuit Rochon attempted claiming Tami Longaberger tricked him by "hiding" a tax increment financing agreement was nothing but an attempt to smear her and run up her lawyers fees.

The recent documents filed in Ohio include this:

"The Rochons, when pressed on cross examination admitted that they had known about the TIF since April 2014, at the latest, but they never raised the TIF as an issue until over a year after Tami filed this arbitration.
In short the TIF had been known by CVSL (JRJR) for years and was never raised as an issue until CVSL tried to find some defense, no matter how baseless to Tami's claims"
