I believe name change goes in effect tomorrow 5/15/18 00:00 according to this: http://otce.finra.org/DLSymbolNameChanges

Fairly decent source ;)

Those talking about halt in volume... you may see it because ticker/name change will stall up TD/E*trade accounts. Shares will be reissued as new ticker and that sometimes takes a day or so on those trading platforms
