This price activity is one of 2 things
either some good news has leaked
or they are driving it up for an offering
Or both, similar to what Dan did every time we had good news he followed the spike with an offering and looking in hind sight that might not have been the worse he could do, compare the offering we had after AMGN deal to the one we had most recently at less than 2 $
