No massive dilution from a convertible note as some say. $98k note that can convert at .0001 PPS was pre 500/1 R/S. Therefore, if said investor were to convert every share that would only be 20M shares, not 9.8B that is being circulated. It amazes me the misinformation and reckless disinformation being spread about AXXA. Do your own DD, if that includes asking questions please do so. The majority of the board members here will try to give you their best interpretation of what is happening. Not going to say AXXA is going to make you a millionaire off of a nominal investment but at the same time, if you can make time to understand what is happening here you could do very well.
