Just got the special proxy vote letter in the mail today. The one asking shareholders to authorize CYDY the right to issue an additional 75 million shares bringing the total number of authorized common shares from 375 million to 450 million.

Anyone going to this meeting by any chance in Roseland, NJ on June 7?
