The primary reason for the decrease in development revenue was due to Tri-Way Industries Ltd., having insufficient cash-flow during Q1 



Doesn't this mean they are not repaying SIAF?? Thought a cash-flow from 10.000 tons yearly harvest would be just great?

Or was the harvest income lost in capex, receivables etc like always?

Or, like the movie, simply lost in translation, lol
