Since i haven't been in SINO for about 8 months, i'm not so clear on all the issues going on for SINO and can't recall if the advance was just paid out of their cash or if it was an expensed cost. Given the wording about "dubious accounts," as in "Accounts Receivable," i presume that whenever the money comes back, it will count as earnings.
