a special dividend of 5cents? are you nuts? 10 cents a quater! Sell tri-way or sjap if necisisary. Give us our money back. Sino should become a dividend company. All income from Sjap and CA should be dividend or hold as cash. Only Tri-way needs to grow. 10 cents each quater should be possible.
