What is there to explain?
Proposed shares offering to one of the 5 arms might change from approximately 60 cents a share to a price that will suit the arm with more shares being offered.

Only the arms get the under handed deals.

Price drop to 30 cents might be a buy, equal to that 1 penny any thoughts ?
