6 months is clearly not enough time to expect a 3 judge ptab panel to decide if the apple petition is worth looking at. I feel sorry for all the other companies who must be waiting in the queue for a ptab decision to review real & complex petition, compared to this 'already decided upon' frivolous & meritless apple petition. They must have to wait for years for a decision on those genuine claims.... But wait.... as it turns out, 99.9% of them have waited less time, in most cases, much less time. Go figure... And while you're figuring, don't forget to keep that patience up, because remember, patience IS a virtue. In fact there is such a high level of virtue built into having patience, that it would be advantageous for the PTAB to take at least, a few more months, because that would allow us to rake in that much more VIRTUE while we are patiently waiting. With all that virtue driven patience, we could use the time to study the virtues of concentrating on the vwap, which has undoubtedly benefitted so many shareholders to a degree even more beneficial than INya's vplm e911, which, by the way, saves lives. Did you know that. Even if only one life has been saved by vplm e911 patent, it is worth the $17 million dollar price tag to pay the devs plus whatever costs since.
