I am concerned that Cellucci is so desperate at this time he will "doctor" the 10-Q and then close to time for the next 10-K filed a amended 10-Q.

But the kicker is that Cellucci has to file a S-1 they they are very rigorous and the SEC might have some questions after the S-1 is viewed by those who know Bravatek and provide the SEC with information that is false and misleading.
