Unfortunately right now, the folks posting on this board are mostly longs that already have there position in. Have little to no money to buy more. Meaning RSII needs more volume by attracting new investor interest. No volume we struggle to get over .014 and hit the wall at .016 and sell back to .011.

That's how I see it. This will change if news or FB twitter posts managing to attract new players.
