Company announced last week that they intend to file 10-K by May 18. So theoretically any time this week. Company also announced CFO resigned and CEO acting as interim CFO.
In my opinion I view the CFO resignation as positive as this streamlines management and further reduces corporate expenditures. The streamlined company is basically now operating out of a shared corporate full service space. No reason to further burn unnecessary and precious capital.
