To be fair, I don't think this company is garbage. First of all, It had several very interesting independent directors which are quite promising unlike a lot of other OTCs. Secondly, it does generate income and revenue , although not as much as I expects it will be. Third, the low pay, locked up shares of the managements will means that they need to work towards benefits of shareholders including themselves. Finally, the latest spin off seems to be quite interesting, although to be fair, it need more concrete things else it will be becoming like the up listing and buy out news, news out and out the news.

However, I just don't understand the fall and stress of price it is taking. Imagine from $6-7 till now $2.5?? In a few month? Just this month alone it had fallen from $4+ to $2+. Thats 50%!
And all those talks about NAKED SHORTS, well, I didn't see much of the NAKED SHORTS going on these few days.
