What I don't understand is could Yuma not have done another stock offering at lets say $.80 a share or thereabouts? I know they just completed one not too long ago but taking a 20% whack is better than taking 50%-60%. It at least gives investors a chance to fight another day. This was like a bomb was dropped all over. No one saw it coming except in hind-site the fact that the well production was news was over due and that should have been a clue. No earnings announcement was also another clue, but with oil at $70+ I didn't really care or pay attention.
