Right now Wall Street hates any retailing-related real estate. Check out what's happened to REITs with lots of mall or other retail real estate.

SRG isn't thriving. And Sear's Hometown Stock is nearly at record low.

What they didn't foresee was the decline in almost all types of retailing.
