I was so nervous, that switched off mainly! No raison to try to find out why Eric lyed, only the SP is interesting, but it remains at $1.30.

CytRx has to pay $5.75 M to shareholders in 2016.
But no explanation why the offer is -30% under the market price?
Don't know, nothing to do, just waitng or buying more!
