From the PQL BLOG "Interestingly, the PR clearly states that the incoming CEO controls 98% of the outstanding shares, which PQL Research confirmed with the transfer agent to be 52.3M. Upon a telephone conversation with Mr. Beebe, he clarified that his 98% position is entirely restricted, leaving just over 1,000,000 shares in the public float. I wasn’t able to get any specific details (they will be coming in a near-term PR), but apparently the new company will be involved in, among other things, alternative energy. According to the CEO, the incoming company had 38 full-time employees. Pretty fly for a pinksheet."
