Yes, it's progress, yes, it's important.....

Filings mean progress . . . Great if LAM dumps their last bit, would mean they are gone for good just in time for ICO. Nothing but positives to see updated filings.

Progress does not always equate to a half penny rise in PPS,
especially with debt still to be paid off via dilution
and no one knowing when that will conclude.

We have a good idea it won't take much to finish it off.
But no one will know that for sure until 8K is released.

Therefore, to say it again, a rise in PPS from important filing progress,
will get pushed back down due to LAM still needing to dump.

To be honest, we don't know if it'll be one last dump
.... or 5 more dumps.
No guesses really matter much until 8K stating End of Dilution.
