It's not the same thing though. It's not like newly issued shares. Not a stinky pinky dilution scam, where they issue hundreds of millions of shares, bloating the OS to max. Its misleading to consider this stinky pinky dilution, when the float is organically expanding from restricted shares coming do, even blue chips have this behavior. Hell my fortune 500 company has an employee stock purchase program, so every share I purchase is dilution in your eyes? These shares entering the float are already part of the OS, that is normal. Since so many came due at once, RC made the smart decision to be transparent and give back to shareholder value by RETIRING 160M shares!!! Clearly not your usual stinky pinky dilution. That's what I'm saying.
