Honestly with the R/S vote and increase share vote looming ER probably wont do too much. I think they more than beat expectations on earnings then in June if this gets voted no on those two items it should spike over a dollar with shareholder confidence back. They just closed a 12 million dollar offering so they should have enough funding for a year before needing to raise more capitol. They should be breaking even or even better be revenue positive within the year and they still have 73 million more shares to raise if they need to. They have a couple years in the current state without needing anything additional.
