Now we know CEO Orie Rechtman's strategy to grow revenues. It's by acquisition of European cloud computing companies. The 5/31 acquisition will clearly be the first of several European acquisitions he has planned.

* "Our projections are 30 million dollars in revenue in 2 years with 5 million dollars EBITDA"

* "The majority of the customers are in the legal industry. And this is were we play and we play a very important role in the legal, in the finance and in the health sector."

* "We have over 100 clients that are on recurring contracts. We have 4 datacenters, currently we have data centers only in the United States. But the plan is to expand in the European market first and go from there."
