No, it is not possible. It is akin to a person being in the morgue and declared dead. All that remains is the signing of the death certificate.

That is all we are waiting for on TALK. The SEC already formally killed them off with the revocation. They are just waiting on signing the final order until the Supreme Court case is resolved.
