The way I see it is that we spent $500k for 10% interest in the YLK Partners. Then we sold that interest to Solis Tek for 500k shares of their stock exercisable at $.01. We now have an investment in Solis Tek ( SLTK) that as of Friday’s close at $1.08 would be valued at $540k. A quick $35k if sold but probably worth more to hold.
