Thanks to the massive 1 for 1000 reverse split that decimated legacy shareholders folks are now paying a ridiculous premium. This is because the current share price of $3.51 is for a company with a $6.98 BILLION market cap. Blue-chip stocks typically have a market capitalization in the billions of dollars, NOT non-reporting, dark/defunct, pink sheet-shit stocks with STOP signs.
Market capitalization is found by multiplying the price per share by the total number of shares outstanding which is 1,989,766,244.
