Yep! Most companies with no revenue will do it to re-dilute- WE HAVE FINANCING and MILLIONS IN REVENUE- with increased revenues we can pay off debt and buy back commons -WIN WIN- just like the law firm retained by DSGT mentioned, everyone is happy.
