i agree. if it were up to me, i'd leave the share structure as it is, and restructure everything else. that would give common shares a big lift, and future 3(a)(10) sales would have less impact, especially since new volume limits tie their hands and make them less likely to collude with shorting MMs during rounds of dilution.

a RS would be best done in combo with a major acquisition, so shareholders would feel a slight sting from the roll-back, but a bullish boost from the added revenues.

think of it from the POV of a new partner, to be acquired. they don't want to have a bloated OS following a deal, they want to feel like their earnings will land on the top line and make a big difference.

so to summarize, if DSGT does this right, it's still possible to run straight from here, plateau for a while as a deal is done, then leg up again from that higher base.
