And don’t think anyone else is either...
Are we talking old news here or is there some
current public knowledge referencing that DSGT
is explicitly seeking this particular type of financing?

I for one, have only noted the fact that this company is
seeking bank financing in the restructure without conjecture to
the contrary...not one item.
