Yeah I'm not 100% sure about VNDM, if hes playing market maker or diluting. If diluting, could only be 1 or 2 people left with shares. PPS has been increasing though, likely because the main dilution finished in Q1. The good news though is it's not newly issued shares, so not your typical stinky pinky dilution, just restricted shares coming unrestricted. Seems organic to me so far. Let's see what this week brings. He did flash 300k shares last week, so just be close to done.
