Sc off takes with PRICE FLOORS
Well okay, if off takes with price floors are so all fired important, then tell me what the PRICE FLOOR is for the already existing Nb off take contracts. Have these numbers been published? Nb sales alone make this a break even project. It pays the operating expenses but generates no profits to repay debt. If Sc sells for HALF the number in the FS, the debt is repaid in 7 years rather than 3 1/2.

The third party review was engineering and technical only NOT financial? Tell us where you got that tidbit. The third party review was PRIVATE. It was not published. The Q1 report that everyone is discussing makes that point. But you "Know" it did not cover the financial sections of the FS.
