Nope, the company has not added many shares since new BOD/Owners took over in Jan 2016, reduced debts, skipped wages

I have posted screenshots of the Certified Share Structure about once a month since Jan 2016

The Transfer Agent is Jason at Signature Stock Transfer and he usually sends it the next business day after he receives it

I don't like to predict price targets or timelines and feel this is one of the OTC I hold for years by choice it will be a game changer just needs time

Ignore The Noise! Do Your Own DD Usually Intro Sections Are Full Of DD Stickies as many post as possible. Outside websites such as OTCShortReport, OTCMarkets for DD.
