Yes, that is where management has to work with note holders and negotiate the conditions. Note holders do not care about Share price and shareholders and it is management's responsibility to accommodate the share count. That is why companies increase Authorized and outstanding shares and then do Reverse Split to help notes to sell more shares. Anyway, things are changing now that helps share price and Shareholders. HCTI is a rare opportunity in OTC market for sure.
