This stock will not rise. Ever.

It has been revoked by the SEC ALJ. The revocation has not been made final yet due to a lawsuit which is in front of the Supreme Court regarding the authority of the ALJ's. The SEC has held off on many final revocations right now for that reason. Once that suit is settled, the revocation of TALK will be made final and it will cease to trade. Permanently.
