It is about toxic Note's greed. Lots of pink stocks opt for toxic finance since it's difficult for them to get loans from other places. It's fine, if they get revenue as they expect and repay those Notes but mostly it doesn't happen that way and those toxic Notes come and sell shares at every bid which leads to NO BID eventually. Now fake companies may die and good companies like HCTI will go UP eventually. Even VNDM and VFIN's are also going to have hard time soon which helps shareholders.
