If that is the case it can even go past 10 cents too,,they will load all the 000s and push hard to any price they wanted. Even otherwise it can easily see 1 cent once it becomes current. OTC is getting lot better after BMIC is gone and several restrictions imposed on dilution and toxic Notes. Even after this, OTC pink is not at all a good option for good companies like HCTI in Longterm and it should go to Higher exchange like OTCQB.
