I first became interested in reefer stocks in 2013 with the upcoming ballot initiative to decriminalize possession in Colorado. I learned the only marketplace for reefer stocks was the pink sheets. Later, in 2016, with the upcoming presidential election and a few state ballot initiatives, including California's decriminalization, I began keeping tabs on them using the streamer function on Investors Hub. I check on them daily. There are over 150.

All of them are pump and dumps, save for a few Canadian reefer companies that list on the Toronto Exchange. There is a large number of reefer stocks trading on the Canadian version of the pink sheets.

They're pump and dumps.

The Nasdaq's third tier, the AMEX can be just as bad, and last but not least, the OTC, it seems, are financial venues that reward failure.
