Glass half empty OR Glass half full
Maybe it is good news. People seem to be interpreting these Q1 report statements to mean potential financiers don't believe the numbers in the FS. This despite the third party review that validated them. So, what news or developments has there been that might mean they are incorrect? How about: the price of Nb looks to be going up. The numbers in the FS report are LOW! If people on this forum know about recent price hikes, there is no doubt financiers (or their consultants) do too. Maybe they are simply asking that the financial projections be revised using a new Nb price? My point is: we do not know exactly what these statements mean. If (and it is IF) my theory is correct, it is not a big deal. You have a financial spread sheet. You plug in a new Nb price. Maybe you issue two spread sheets with two prices. Maybe it is just a matter of a financier asking for some additional data and Niocorp is prepaing it for them. Once the data is delivered a financier might vey well ask a third party to take a look and verrify it. The third party review last year took a long time because it was a total review of a huge FS and required experts in lots of areas.

If you make your presentation to a financier and they say "thanks but no thanks, we are not interested," you move on.

If they say "Sounds good, where do we sign?" you have hit a home run.

If they say "Sounds like an interesting project, but we need some more info," you get them the info. You have not struck out, you got a man on base. Home runs hit with men on bases do score more than home runs with bases empty. Once you get the bases loaded, even hitting a single scores.
