Yeah, its unfortunate that instead of reducing overhead and salaries to stay afloat, they keep issuing shares in private placements. I believe they're on the fourth private placement in a relatively short period of time.

I really don't know how the CEO, Ilya Nikolayev, can justify paying himself $208k/yr plus warrants and bonuses when they need to sell shares to keep the company going. Something doesn't seem right here. Is he a Russian national?
