I don't know CJ. Judging by the conversation here no one has ever completed a construction project requiring a road, water, electricity, natural gas and bathrooms. These must be insurmountable obstacles as clearly no one has been able to overcome them. Jack will certainly be a pioneer as he will be the first to do so.

I also think we need more discussion regarding whether it's butcher paper or blinds.

In spite of all this MMEX is building a refinery as we know financing is done.
