I simply believe that one party plainly states they "purchased", then 7 days later the same 32 properties show up on another's PR as a "transaction". Since the second party looks to be the same entity who encumbered existing BIGN production with a financing arrangement that was originally announced like it was manna from heaven for the future of BIGN, only to thereafter disappear like morning fog at daybreak, I have to wonder if the "transaction" is related to the financing.

As to whether the BIGN move requires WWNG's cooperation or not... Nobody knows who sits of the boards of any of these companies so who can say who votes what, when, or how. For all we know, they may hold BOD meetings at the offices of the venture capitalists and all go out to Toronto's private Petroleum Club for tennis and drinks afterwards.

All I'm doing is carefully reading the words and, being myself the kind of person who tries to state things with precision, it would be absurd if it were to be presumed that these guys toss phrasings around in a haphazard way. They may do so, but I think not. These guys weren't behind the door when the brains were passed out. I'm watching their every move and I'm digging in the DD sandbox. It may be they are about something shady. Who knows. People who like doing shady things always prefer to operate unobserved, so their insistence on not being transparent makes them the automatic target of reasonable suspicions. IMHO, the wording was deliberate but it doesn't pass the scrath-n-sniff test to prove there is something shady going on... though it does cause one's attentiveness to perk up another level. Thats why I'm reading their phrasings so carefully. I want to figure out what they are up to.

All of which reminds me: has anybody dug into exactly what a "land bank" actually is? I haven't had time, but its on my list. Chime in, somebody, if you know some facts about this.
