I don’t know how you come to think there will be loose hands on Monday because of the SEC filing.

Advocates concern for the additional independent market reviews for Sc and Nb“ is something the company spoke of doing. It’s not a requirement as far as I know or am concerned.

Although it’s not a requirement, it is still valuable information to have while looking for financing, and therefore does say a little as to our timeline being stretched further.

On the other hand, me having thought the legal and financial due diligence was done during the independent report, this is a more serious report we are waiting for and is a show stopper if unfavourable.
