I think the thing to watch out for apart from PRs and filings is their old website http://www.fuquancapital.com

They took it offline on April 25th. Whois shows it's registered to some chap in Canada who according to LinkedIn is an IT consultant. Maybe they hired him to rebuild the site? It's a bit strange to me.
