Can you think of ANY other CEO who has decimated shareholder value as much as this CEO has with his last 3 companies ? Yeah , that’s what I thought. Not many CEO’s would issue misleading PR’s ,repeatedly miss required SEC filings , put out Instagram posts in violation of REG FD , buy up discarded brands that no one else wanted etc. Etc. Etc. We do agree , however , on the risk assessment of this company. It’s high. Very high
