No....If I may, I don't think that's what he means -

It truly does come down to geopolitics and whatever energy policy is in place by a sovereign nation, not just the US.



I can also tell you first hand that ages ago, GE wanted to buy the company out at $6/share, but would shelve the technology, shortly thereafter.
