No way will Clark do a 60 for 1 conversion of VATE shares. Remember he is an insider there. Insiders have rules to follow on conversions. I don't see Clark dumping and destroying the PPS of VATE. I assume these shares were created in Penny World when the Spin off happen. Maybe these shares all have to be accounted for during the S-1 filing, that was pr about Spring of 2017.
