Either download Litecoin Blockchain on your laptop/desktop and use the Litecoin core wallet, download from your mobile app LoafWallet (created by Litecoin foundation), or create a paper wallet offline preferably from a cpu that’s never been connected to the internet https://liteaddress.org. You could also use a hardware wallet like trezor or nano ledger s but I don’t recommend those anymore. The key is for you to have and control your private keys. Don’t trust a third party to hold them. It really depends on your investment purposes. Don’t feel shy using your Litecoin to purchase items online as well and replenish.
