Nope nothing I said was speculating. 8 filings since November, need 10k for 2016, after the n-10k filed April 3.. I think it’s a stretch to think otherwise. Who files all those filings from November and then quits? We had a gap from end of Nov till mid February without filings now just waiting for the I’s to be dotted and t’s crossed. Hey, these gaps in filings gives people opportunity to buy cheap shares..
