I commented on that before. For a year now all of the recent ratings seem to average at 3 or less and the overall rating has stayed at 4.5. The negative ratings are being removed after awhile.

Don't look at the ratings... read the types of things they are saying.

Won't connect
Won't stay connected.
Charge credit card immediately when promise 7 day trial period.
Security flaws.
No support.

There are a high percentage of negative comments and it is the types of comments that is most troubling. They can't even get the basics right. I removed it from my phone as it was incredibly slow and unreliable. Haven't tried most recent version as comments indicate it still isn't close to being ready.

At least they are admitting now that CybeRisk is a bust. My bet would be it gets shut down this year. Employee count is still 10 which is down from 14. I don't think they have any CybeRisk employees anymore. It has been effectively shut down, but they don't want to officially end it and prove their failure.
